Luxe Candle Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Luxe Candle purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 15 days of receipt. Please review our return policy below:
Eligibility for Returns
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Returns must be requested within 15 days of the delivery date. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this period.
- Only regular-priced items may be returned; sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Return Process
- Initiate a Return: Email us at hello@luxecandle.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with instructions and a return address.
- Pack & Ship: Securely pack your item(s) in the original packaging, if possible, and send it back to us.
- Return Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you by email about the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you received a damaged item, please contact us within 5 days of receipt at hello@luxecandle.com with photos of the product and packaging.
