Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3-7 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
- Expedited Shipping: Available at an additional cost for quicker delivery, typically within 2-3 business days.
- Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the United States.
International Shipping
- Luxe Candle currently only ships within the United States. We are working on expanding our delivery options to serve customers worldwide—stay tuned!
Order Tracking
- After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your package’s journey.
Shipping Issues & Delays
- Luxe Candle is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, customs processing, or postal delays.
- If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery window, please contact us at hello@luxecandle.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 5 days of receipt with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
- We will work with the carrier to resolve lost or damaged package issues and ensure you receive a replacement or refund if eligible.
Address Changes
- Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. Luxe Candle is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If you need to change your address, contact us as soon as possible at hello@luxecandle.com.
